Message from the Principal - Together We Lead the Magic

Dear Ridge View Families,

We are nearing the end of our school year!

🥣 Cereal Knockdown Challenge – May 15

Our annual Cereal Knockdown Challenge will take place on May 15! This fun fundraiser supports HRDC’s Gallatin Valley Food Bank. Students are encouraged to bring in boxes of cereal to donate as every box helps support local families in need. On the 15th we will have our Knockdown reveal for all students. This is also a friendly competition with our other Belgrade Elementary Schools!

🗳️ Ballot Drop‑Off at Ridge View

Remember that ballots may be dropped off at Ridge View through Election Day, May 5.

  • Our office is typically open until 3:30 p.m.
  • On Election Day, we will be open until 8:00 p.m.
  • If you are interested in volunteering to help with the ballot box, we can still use additional support - thank you for considering!

🚗 Parking Lot Safety Reminder

Please help us keep everyone safe by driving very slowly in our parking lot. The school zone speed limit is 15 mph, and parking lot speeds should be even slower. We also ask that families be respectful and attentive to our staff members who assist with before‑ and after‑school supervision. Thank you for your patience and partnership in keeping our students and staff safe.

💙 Staff Appreciation Week

Staff Appreciation Week is coming up next week, and we are incredibly thankful for the love, kind words, and support you show our staff. Your encouragement means so much to our Ridge View team.

🚌 End‑of‑Year Field Trips

We have several exciting learning adventures coming up as we wrap up the school year including 4th grade going to Farm Fair, 1st grade going to adventure in Hyalite, and kindergarten going to the Fish Hatchery.

Thank you for your continued partnership as we head into a busy and joyful end of the school year.

Warmly,

Natalie Colombo
